Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent Tribunal to dispose of S.A.No.460 of 2020 within the period fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner made a limited request seeking directions to dispose of Securitisation Application No.460 of 2020 pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

3. We are not aware of the number of matters pending before the concerned Debts Recovery Tribunal. It is submitted that stay is operating against the petitioners. The petitioners are the auction purchasers.

4. Considering the above, the petitioners may make an application to the concerned Debts Recovery Tribunal for taking up the matter expeditiously, which application shall be considered by the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. W.M.P.No.24216 of 2023 filed for permitting the petitioners to file a single writ petition is allowed and disposed of.
