This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th respondent to issue Patta in the petitioner name for the properties comprised in Survey Nos.5/2 and 210/4 totally to an extent of 2 Acre and 43 Cents, situated at Badathepalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has made a representation / Application dated 19.07.2022 before the respondents, seeking to issue Patta to the aforesaid properties in the name of the petitioner. It is seen from records that petitioner's application was considered and rejected.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required 2/4

in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
