O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned Refusal Check Slip issued by the 3rd Respondent vide Refusal Number RFL/ Madhavaram/ 10/ 2022 dated 05.08.2022 and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to register the rectification deed presented by the petitioner dated 25.07.2022 within the stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Addl. Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that as per the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court as well as the proceedings of the first respondent dated15.09.2022, the second respondent has returned the entire document along with stamp duty and registration charges to the petitioner on 30.09.2022 and hence, no further order is necessary in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
