The Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give the police protection to the petitioner with his family members as well as to the petitioner's "A" Schedule property in O.S.No.49 of 2009. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The petitioner seeks police protection for his "A" schedule property as well as his family. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
