These applications have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd defendant; to bring on record the proposed 3rd respondent as legal representative of the deceased 2nd defendant in the above suit.

2. Notice served on the respondents and counter also not filed.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the applications are allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carryout the necessary amendments and submit the amended copy of the plaint.
