M/s. R.T. Vishnu COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 245 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petitions.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent states that the delay has not been explained satisfactorily.
3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.
4. Upon considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and upon perusing the affidavits in support of these petitions, this Court is of the considered view that it is just and necessary to allow these miscellaneous petitions, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall pay a
sum of Rs.3,000/- each to the learned counsel for the respondent, within a period of two weeks from today.
5. In the result, these Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered. 09-12-2025 Kv Note: Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petitions, if it is otherwise in order and post the main cases for admission on 06.01.2026.
