Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.5450 of 2010, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order, and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.
