Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records in pursuant to the detention order issued by the 2nd respondent vide C3/D.O.No.43/2024 dated 17.07.2024 and set aside the same and consequentially direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's brother the detenu Subramani S/o Govindasami aged about 43 yrs now confined Subramani S/o. Govindasami aged about 43 yrs now confined at Central Prison, Vellore, Vellore District before this Honble Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
