The petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13781/2024 in Cr.No.164/2024 on the file of the respondent police vide order dated 14.06.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
