These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking direction to the Principal District and Sessions Court, Dharmapuri, to dispose the A.O.P.Nos.64 of 2022, 10 and 15 of 2023 respectively. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents.
3. Considering the limited relief sought in these Revision Petitions, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with. The grievance of the petitioners are that the AOP proceedings have been pending since 2022. Despite arguments being advanced and the matter having been reserved for orders, the AOP has not been disposed of till date.
4. In view of the above, I am inclined to allow these Civil Revision Petitions and direct the Principal District and Sessions Court, Dharmapuri to dispose of A.O.P.Nos.64 of 2022, 10 and 15 of 2023, which is pending on its file, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
