Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Notification/ Advertisement No.120 issued by the 1st Respondent in the Tamil 'THINA THANTHI' dated 01.08.2007 insofar as clause 6(A) note (iv) and Note under Para 2(d) in 'Instructions etc., to candidates' issued along with the application form in concerned and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the ensuring Group I Service Examinations and to Publish the result along with others. 2. Upon perusal of the prayer in the writ petition, I find that it pertains to an advertisement for recruitment in the year 2006-07. Keeping in mind the aforesaid including the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
