This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to further investigate the Crime No.189 of 2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent police and include all section in the F.I.R based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that while registering the case in Crime No.189 of 2022, the 3rd respondent police has registered only for the offence under Section 498(A) of IPC and not registered the other offences as stated in the complaint. Hence, she seeks direction to the 3rd respondent to include the other offence.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents police would submit that the matter is under investigation and if the offences as stated in the complaint is made out, while recording the statement of the witnesses, they will include the offence in the final report. 2/4

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the 3rd respondent police is hereby directed to further investigate the case in Crime No.189 of 2022 and after investigation, if the offences are made out as stated by the complainant, consider it and file a final report in accordance with law.

5.
