ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records of the first respondent pertaining to FIR laid in Crime No.676 of 2016 on the file of Madukkarai Police Station, Coimbatore and quash the same in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed in Crime No.676 of 2016 and final report has also been filed and based on the same a case was taken on file in C.C.No.195 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
