Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorari calling for the entire records relating to the order of the 2nd respondent in Press Release No.506 dated 17.08.2019 and quash the same by considering the welfare of poor people of Tamil Nadu.

this writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition after collecting relevant and sufficient particulars so as to sustain his legal claim that hiking of the milk price is unsustainable in law and on facts and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

(2)In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for by the petitioner, is granted.
