This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the Short Cause Title and Long Cause Title in the Memorandum of Grounds of Appeal in respect of the Appellants by deleting the following:

"Represented by their Power of Attorney Agent Mr.S.Ravi"

and permit the appellants to prosecute the above appeal.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
