This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Sessions Judge, EC & NDPS Act, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.15860 of 2023, dated 17.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, in this case charge sheet is filed and the case is taken on file in C.C.No.122 of 2022 by the concerned Court.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on all the hearing dates without fail.
