This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 6 (c) of the bail order dated 25.07.2023, in Crl.O.P.No.16333 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
