PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records of the Impugned Detention Order passed by the 2nd respondent vide Cr.M.P.No.11/2025 dated 23.05.2025, against the petitioner's brother Vijay S/o. Jothimani aged about 24 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Trichy, and quash the same, and further direct the respondents to produce the Detenue before this Court and set free at liberty, pass necessary order as this Court deems fit and proper.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.4109, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 11.07.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
