O.P.No. 22 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

The two sisters and one brother of M.V.Vijayalakshmi, who died intestate as a spinster on 19.05.2021, but who had left behind immovable properties have filed this Petition seeking Letters of Administration to administer the said properties.

2. The respondents had given their consent affidavits. During evidence, the petitioner marked Ex.P-1 the death certificate of M.V.Vijalakshmi and the death certificate of the father Dr.M.Veeraraghavan as Ex.P-2. Exs. P-4 and P-5 relating to the property and Exs.P-7 and P-8 were the consent affidavit of the first and second respondents.

3. In view of the above evidence, this Original Petition stands allowed as follows:- (a) the letters of administration without Will annexed shall be issued in favour of the petitioner in respect of the properties mentioned in the petition.

vsg (b) The petitioner is directed to duly administer the said properties of the deceased.

(c) The petitioner is also directed to execute a security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S-II), High Court, Madras. (d) The petitioner is further directed to render true and correct accounts once in a year.
