Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 1st respondent in Rc435/93 B dated 10.04.2001 and the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in Rc.No.29531/2001/H1 dated 30.07.2001 and the subsequent impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.14/2017/Aa3 dated 18.09.2018 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the patta in respect of land in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

S.No.168/10 to 168/14 Pattipulam Village, Tiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and to transfer the patta of the lands in the name of the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
