This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to quash the FIR in Crime No.890 of 2016 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is acquitted in the main case in C.C. No.423 of 2017 by order dated 21.11.2019 of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Coimbatore, who has been registered in Crime No.890 of 2016. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
