This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed as the petitioner shall report before the respondent twice daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19784 of 2022 dated 23.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19784 of 2022 dated 23.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
