ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram to dispose of calendar case in C.C.No.1068 of 2014 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent police.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.1068 of 2014 in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
