Crl.M.P.No.11899 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15953 of 2023 N.SESHASAYEE, J.

This Court has earlier fixed the time for the respondent to file the final report on or before 15.09.2023, then it was extended by another six months, and thereafter it was further extended by 45 days, now again the prosecution seeks further time.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that there are 446 listed witnesses and the investigation too is complete and the papers are being vetted under Secretariat.

3.In the light of the above submission, this Court grants a further period of two

(2) months peremptorily to file the final report.
