This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the complaint in C.C.No.8 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai and quash the same.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the Government 1/4

had withdrawn the prosecution under Section 321 of Cr.P.C. which was accepted by the trial Judge and has produced a copy of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.15195 of 2021 dated 03.09.2021 by the trial Judge.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous..
