This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his children except due process of law in Crime No. not known on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that in view of the dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent who are the husband and wife respectively, the petitioner/husband has given a complaint against his wife/2nd respondent herein before the 1st respondent. response to his complaint, the 1st respondent called upon the parties before the Police station wherein the 2nd respondent/wife accepted that she will not disturb her daughters against their wish and also she wanted to go to the Court legally to claim the kids. She will obey and go as per the instruction given by the Court. The same has been recorded by letter dated 21.03.2017 addressed to the 1st respondent. Accordingly, a copy of the letter dated 21.03.2017 addressed to the 1st respondent has been submitted before this Court. Hence, nothing survives in this petition to proceed further for further adjudication. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infrucutuos.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed if any.
