Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.19890/2021 dated 01.11.2021 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further order, modify the same as the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police after 21.12.2021 at 10.30 a.m. until further order.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.N.SUBRAMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.BALAJI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 01.11.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to comply the conditions.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily on and from 21.12.2021 at 10.30. a.m for complying the conditions.
