2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that he has no objection for ordering this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
