ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records of the FIR in Crime No.860 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent Police and to quash the same.

2. It is seen that when this case was taken up for hearing on 22.09.2012, it was adjourned to 09.10.2017. Then it was again listed on 12.10.2017 and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was again adjourned to 17.11.2017. Even today, when the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to pursue the matter further. Learned counsel for the petitioner did not taken any steps to list the matter even for admission and hence it is still pending at the admission stage itself from the year 2017. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
