O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.542 of 2015, which is pending on the file of the fourth respondent police.

2. The fourth respondent police have registered an FIR for an offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 447, 506 (ii) of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act 1992. The investigation was kept pending without any progress and the petitioner had made several allegations against the Investigating Officer for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

deliberately omitting to conduct a proper investigation.

3. Due to passage of time, the concerned Officer has also changed and therefore at this point of time, no useful purpose is going to be served by directing for change of investigation.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
