2. With the consent of both the sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal.

3. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a direction upon the fourth respondent to consider his representation and issue patta. In the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, there is no averment as to how the petitioner is entitled to the property. All that has been stated is that his father was in possession of the property and after his life time, the petitioner is in possession of the property and is paying necessary kists. This by itself will not be sufficient to grant patta. Therefore, at this stage, the relief sought for cannot be granted.

4. The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
