Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act, to hold the respondents 1 to 3 as having acted in gross violation of the order dated 22.12.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8287 of 2017, and in so doing willfully and wantonly committed an act of contempt, and consequently punish them for contempt under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. ORDER

The learned counsel for the contempt petitioner submits that the order of this Court dated 22.12.2017 in W.P.No.8287 of 2017, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with.

2. As regards the second respondent, the need for registering the said document to enable that it be reflected in Encumbrance Certificate is concerned, even the initial acquisition does not reflect any encumbrance.

3. In this circumstance, there is no necessity for directing its registration. 2/4
