In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits and after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, the order dated 08.04.2024 passed in the applications is modified.

It is directed that the first, second and third petitioners alone shall execute the Security Bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in the name of the Assistant Registrar, Original Side, High Court of Madras.

2.Time is extended by eight weeks for executing Security Bond by the first, second and third petitioners.

3.Both the applications are allowed.
