ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the interim order passed in C.M.P. No.3235 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur dated 29.06.2019, and to set aside the same.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the main case in Cr.No.410 of 2016 was ended and hence, the interim order passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur in C.M.P. No.3235 of 2016 automatically gets cancelled and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Considering the submission made, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Court by filing appropriate petition.
