This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 419 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

2. Mr.K.Ashok Kumar learned counsel takes notice for R1, Mr.NRR.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader for R2 and Ms.Anisha & Mrs.Elizabeth, learned counsel for R5, who have stated that the respondents have no objection in the delay being condoned.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 419 days in preferring the Writ Appeal is condoned.
