(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.4 "13(ii)" imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3808/2024 in Crl.A.No.1511 of 2023 dated 06.03.2024.

This Court earlier relaxed the condition by an order dated 06.03.2024 and directed the petitioner to appear and sign before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am. 3.

Thus, the original condition was already relaxed by this Court vide order dated 06.03.2024. More-so, the condition is only to appear and sign before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. Admittedly, the trial is pending.
