[Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.] These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 52 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent, namely Pappathi, in Cross.Obj.No.9 of 2013 in A.S.No.904 of 2012; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent; and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent, as respondents 3 to 5 in Cross.Obj.No.9 of 2013 in A.S.No.904 of 2012.

2.Mr.T.Dhanyakumar, learned counsel, submits that he undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed respondents 3 to 5, and he has no objection for ordering all these petitions.

3.Further, this Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Therefore, all these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
