(Judgment of the court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This Writ Appeal arises from the order dated 12.06.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.17801 of 2014.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ appeal, with liberty to the appellant to approach the authorities, with valid materials so as to satisfy the requirements of G.O.Ms.No.361 School Education Department dated 31.12.1999. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, liberty is granted and this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
