Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the records.

The reasons assigned in Paragraph 3 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the exorbitant delay of 1702 days are far from satisfactory and bereft of any details. This Court has also perused the award passed by the Tribunal and finds that the award fixed is reasonable. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
