The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to issue threats or harass the petitioner and any of his family members.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that no such harassment was caused by the respondent and in fact, the petitioner is not required for any enquiry.
