The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he had also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition challenging the proceedings in STC Nos.261, 262 and 263 of 2019. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
