PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent to furnish the copy of registration certificate, MV Report, Insurance Policy and Driving License in respect of Honda CB Trigger motorcycle in respect of the offending vehicle No.TN-48-X-3714 in relation to Cr.No.599 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent police to the petitioner forthwith.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to furnish the copy of registration certificate, MV Report, Insurance Policy and Driving License in respect of Honda CB Trigger motorcycle in respect of the offending vehicle No.TN-48-X-3714 in relation to Cr.No.599 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent police to the petitioner forthwith.

2. It is seen that when the matter was posted on 28.02.2017 "For Admission", the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks an adjournment and at his request, the matter was adjourned for two weeks. Thereafter, for the past three years, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to list the matter. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter. Further it is pending for more than three years without even ordering notice. Now after the lapse of three years period, this petition cannot be considered and this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
