Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i)Stay the operation of the order Na.Ka.No.7288/2014/A7 dated 26.04.2017 on the file of the 4th respondent (in WMP.No.27011/2019)and (ii)Pass an order of direction, directing the respondents to pay to the petitioner the time scale of Rs.1300-3000 Plus Grade pay of Rs.300,(in WMP.No.27015/2019)till the disposal of this WP.No.27522/2019 respectively.
