This Court, by order dated 02.11.2022, directed the trial Court, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.355 of 2020 within a period of nine months.

2. Today, the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is listed, seeking for extension of time to dispose of the above suit.

3. Learned Subordinate Judge, Vaniyambadi, has sought for extension of time stating that the post of Subordinate Judge of Vaniyambadi was vacant from July 2022 to April 2023 and he assumed charge as Subordinate Judge on 05.05.2023 and the said Court is functioning from June, 2023.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Taking into considering that the learned Subordinate Judge, assumed charge only on 05.05.2023, time is extended for a period three months from today to dispose of the above suit.
