ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records culminating in Cr. No.70 of 2019, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police, quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and the case has been closed as "Mistake of facts" and hence nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
