The petition has been filed to relax the anticipatory bail condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation made in Crl.O.P.No.13050 of 2024 dated 05.06.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioners had complied with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
