(The Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J) The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2021 in a time bound manner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that pending this writ petition, the representation of the petitioner came to be rejected by the first respondent on 24.12.2021.

3.In the light of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, we are of the considered opinion that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
