ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, to consider the bail application that may be preferred by the petitioner in Cr.No.605 of 2024, dated 11.08.2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police on the same day of petitioner's surrender.

2. In view of Section 15A of the SC & ST Act, the prayer in this petition cannot be acceded and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to consider the bail petition of the petitioner without any violations of the provisions of the Act.
