For Petitioner : Mr.D.Vasanth : for Mr.N.Suresh For Respondents : Ms.Adhisree : for M/s.N.Manoharan.

O R D E R

This civil revision petition arises against an order passed by the Learned Principal District Judge Villupuram in an appeal bearing C.M.A.No.06 of 2013. The appeal was partly allowed on 05.09.2018. The said appeal before the Learned Additional Family Court arose against the order passed by the Learned District Munsif Court at Villupuram in I.A.No.377 of 2013 in O.S.No.122 of 2013 dated 06.06.2013. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Vasanth, learned Counsel appearing for Mr.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the suit itself has been listed for Trial. Ms.Adhisree for M/s.N.Manoharan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would confirm the same.

3.In the light of the fact that this Court had granted status-quo on 29.08.2019 and the revision is coming up for disposal after five years I do

not want to interfere with the order passed by the Subordinate Judge at Villupuram.

4.At this stage it is suffice to direct that the case was pending before the learned District Munsif, Villupuram from 2013 (now transferred to the learned District Munsif at Vikramandi) to be disposed off at an early date. Therefore, the court is requested to dispose of the suit within a period of nine (9) months from the date of reciept of copy of this order. Till the disposal of the suit, the parties shall maintain status quo as on today.

5. The present CRP stands disposed of. No costs. Connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
