O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of the proceedings pending in C.C.No.253 of 2019 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur.

2.The only ground that has been raised in this petition is that the petitioners are all residents of Himachal Pradesh and they find it very difficult to attend the Court proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The ground raised by the petitioners does not justify transfer of proceedings. The petitioners can very well move an application under Section 205 of Cr.P.C to dispense with their appearance and permit them to be represented by a Counsel. By moving such an application, the grievance that is sought to be addressed in this petition, can be decided by the concerned Trial Court on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the Trial Court.
